Fabiola is an assistant Production Office Coordinator and has been actively working in the local film industry in various capacities since 2010. After moving to Victoria from Mexico, where she worked as an assistant editor and camera operator, she started working at the Vancouver Island South Film and Media Commission doing administrative, marketing and locations work. Her most recent credits include the Hallmark TV series Chesapeake Shores, the TV movies A Rose for Christmas, Framed for Murder: A Fixer Upper Mystery, and Walking the Dog; the TV Documentary series 1491: The Untold Story of the Americas Before Columbus; the feature film Pupstar; and a couple of commercials for Vancouver-based companies. In addition to working in the production office, Fabiola also has past experience in the Locations, Camera, and Assistant Director Departments. This has given her a solid and well-rounded understanding of how the film industry works and why things must to be done in certain ways - valuable knowledge she is keen to pass on to others who are starting out.
