Krista completed a Bachelor of Business degree specializing in Marketing at SFU and enjoyed a successful career in that field before finally trying out her life-long dream of acting in 2006.
Krista has trained extensively with several teachers - including Lori Triolo, Ted Whittall, Jeb Beach, and Matthew Harrison. She has also performed in several theatre productions and independent short & feature film projects, while continuing to expand her involvement in the community. Currently in her fifth year on the Board of Women in Film & TV, with three spent on the Executive Committee, Krista created the Actor Career Mentorship Program, which matches 15-18 female actors with successful Vancouver female actors for 6 months of guidance each year. The program has a great success and is going into it's fifth round in 2018.
