Join us on Tuesday, November 19th for our latest #WIFTVCOFFEECHATS! Gigi Saul Guerrero will be sharing her personal experience, from navigating small-scale indie projects, to working with studios in LA. She'll be covering everything from mistakes made along the way, to methods she found beneficial. Guerrero will also discuss the process of completing her first feature and first TV episode, and how that has rapidly propelled her career forward.

Gigi Saul Guerrero is a Mexican director and actress living in Vancouver Canada. She has been described by Variety as part of the new wave of Latino talent. She has been praised as one of the top, emerging directors in the horror genre by Empire, Dread Central, and Bloody Disgusting. Guerrero has co-founded Luchagore Productions in Vancouver Canada, commonly known as "La Muñeca del Terror." Guerrero just directed a large episode for THE PURGE , Season 2. She directed her feature debut CULTURE SHOCK for Blumhouse Productions, and it is still 100% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. Guerrero started her career with several genre short films including El Gigante on Shudder, and viral hits like A Luchagore Christmas and Evil Dead in 60 seconds. In 2014, Guerrero participated in the Mexican horror anthology Mexico Bárbaro with its Day of the Dead segment, while still in film school. Her series with Warner Brothers/Stage 13La Quinceañera, won the Audience Award at the 2017 Morbido Film Festival.

Note: Coffee will be provided!
