Prepare any questions in advance to ask these experienced panelists!
Hey, Actors! This Coffee Chat is also for you! Our panelists will be discussing how actors can benefit from having screenwriting tools under their belt, and there will be a room full of writers for you to connect with on potential future projects.
Michelle Muldoon is a Vancouver based writer/director whose most current work marries her love for action films with a commitment to female driven stories. A former Board Member of Women in Film and Television Vancouver, she focused her tenure on the Board to create and build the Vancouver International Women in Film Festival Screenplay Competition. Michelle currently holds the position of Film and Media Training Manager for Raindance Vancouver where she also teaches the Introduction to Screenwriting Workshop. Her latest project, Last Stand to Nowhere, is a proof of concept short film that re-imagines the Gunfight at the OK Corral as a battle for control of a “past its prime."
For professional filmmakers, producers, directors, screenwriters, actors and everyone who wants to know more about the industry, #WIFTVCoffeeChats are often a great way to meet a variety of different people in the film and television community in Vancouver. It is also a wonderful opportunity to generate some buzz around your work as you will have a chance to introduce yourself and your upcoming projects.
